Manchester United defender and England international, Chris Smalling, says that he wants to stay with the Premier League champions for the rest of his career.
Despite originally being a centre-back, the 21 year-old has started the season well in the right-back position following injuries to Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and Rafael.
Speaking to Inside United, the former Fulham stopper said: “I don’t look too far ahead but I hope I can really get an established career and stay here for the rest of my life.”
He added: “I’m really enjoying my football at the minute. The manager has full faith in me and I want to repay that in the years to come.”
