Michael Morrison says he felt encouraged by Charlton’s performance in the 1-1 draw at Aldershot on Wednesday.
The central defender joined from Sheffield Wednesday earlier this summer, and was also impressed with his partnership with fellow defender Matt Taylor.
Morrison commented on the match, saying: “In the first half we didn’t really get going but in the second half we looked like we were doing alright until we gave away a sloppy goal.”
Charlton went up a minute into the second half through a Paul Benson header, but Aldershot’s Luke Guttridge equalising fifteen minutes later.
