Newcastle consider move for Enrique replacement
Newcastle manager, Alan Pardew, is eyeing PSV full-back, Erik Pieters, as a possible replacement for departing defender, Jose Enrique.
Enrique is expected to complete a move to Liverpool later this week, after months of speculation that the Spaniard would make a move.
Pieters already has 10 caps for Holland and, at 22 years-old, is attracting a lot of European interest.
Pardew was on hand to watch the left-back in PSV’s 3-1 defeat to AZ Alkmaar on the weekend.
