Despite making it through anyway, there was a fear that a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Champions League was going to upset the momentum of Milan’s season. These fears were quashed last time out though when they comfortably defeated Lecce 2-0.

The problem for Parma this season is that there has been no momentum. They have won the odd game to keep their heads above water, but nothing more. They have only won back to back games once this season.
When these two teams met earlier in the campaign, Milan ran out 4-1 winners and there will be many predicting a similar outcome on Saturday from 5pm.
Parma will hope that home advantage is enough for them to compete with the league leaders though as they search for the points to move them away from the bottom three.
