Poland v England Odds : Three Lions look the value at evens as punters fancy price

Having comfortably defeated San Marino on Friday evening, England have a much tougher fixture on Tuesday when they travel to Poland in the latest 2014 World Cup qualification fixture, as Paddy Power release anew free bets offer and report plenty of support has come in for the Three Lions at the attractive price of evens.

It was a fairly bizarre atmosphere inside Wembley Stadium on Friday, with the outcome inevitable and England taking a little while longer than expected to get their first goal.

In the end though, a 5-0 victory was achieved as Captain for the night Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck scored twice, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also grabbed his first international goal.

Roy Hodgson’s men are now top of Group H after two victories and a draw and there is no doubt that they would love to still be at the summit of this qualification group after Tuesday evening.

WC Qualifier Offer : Paddy Power Free Bet

We’ve a cracking week of International football, kicking off with the WC Qualifiers on Tuesday, as Paddy Power celebrate with the announcement of a new free bets offer worth £250/250 to all customers to spend on any match! Claim here!

As mentioned, this is the toughest game England have faced in this group so far and they are given a welcome boost as Steven Gerrard returns from suspension. The influential midfielder will resume his Captaincy role too. James Milner should come in for Theo Walcott, who has not recovered after colliding with the San Marino goalkeeper last Friday.

Senior players such as Ashley Cole could well be involved, but Hodgson may stick with the likes of Danny Welbeck, Tom Cleverley and Oxlade-Chamberlain to maintain England’s youthful looking team.

As for Poland, they are definitely a talented team with Robert Lewandowski leading the way. The Borussia Dortmund man is one of the most in-demand strikers in Europe with the likes of Manchester United keen on his signature.

So far in this qualification campaign, Poland have drawn with Montengro and beaten Moldova, so they are set up nicely for the visit of England, so their price of 3/1 also makes some appeal. With the buzz of Euro 2012 still in the air for the co-hosts of the summer tournament, it should be an excellent atmosphere too.

Overall, England are definitely favourites, but this is a very tough outing for the Three Lions. If they play in the right way, attack from the off and allow their youngsters to shine, they should come away with three points.

The experienced Michael Carrick could keep his place for a bit of insurance though as Poland will cause the visitors an attacking threat.

This one gets underway at 8pm on Tuesday evening.
