Premier League clubs track Championship youngster

Dunk is being chased by a few of the Premiership's top sidesTowering defender Lewis Dunk is being chased by a trio of top Premier League clubs, following the Brighton players impressive performances.

Elite clubs, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City watched the 19-year-old at the Den on Tuesday evening.
Spurs have made no secret of their desire to sign a central defender, after they missed out on Gary Cahill in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile Sebastien Bassong is ready to leave White Hart Lane in order to gain first-team football in the January window, whilst Ledley King’s reoccurring injury problems restrict him to one game a week.

This has alerted Spurs as they are already looking at possible targets for the January window, with coaches Joe Jordan and Clive Allen present at Millwall to scout the young defenders qualities.
Although, Spurs face tough competition for Dunk as rivals Arsenal had chief scout Steve Rowley watching the Brighton starlet.

Arsenal have suffered with defensive problems, resulting in Arsene Wenger dispatching his scouts on a global search for a possible solution.
Reports on the stopper had been impressive, now Rowley will now begin to compile a more detailer dossier after watching Dunk on Tusday.

Manchester City have also been tracking Dunk, as they sent their own scout to watch his progress against Millwall.

Brighton boss Gus Poyet would suffer an almighty blow to his promotion hopes if they were to lose such a promising player in January.
Dunk started the season as a fill in for injured defenders, but since then has blossomed beyond all recognition, forming a strong partnership with Gordon Greer.
