QPR manager, Neil Warnock, claims that the club are currently chasing the signatures of three more players before their Premier League opener against Bolton.
The club have signed Danny Gabbidon, Keiron Dyer and Jay Bothroyd already this summer and have had a bid accepted for Blackpool striker, DJ Campbell.
The club are also in the race to sign Jason Puncheon, who has been pushed out of the Southampton side by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Manchester City’s Nedum Onuoha, as Warnock looks for stronger defence.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Warnock stated: “Well we’re talking to a number. We’re hoping to bring in two, maybe three players in the next week before the start of the season.”
He added: “In fairness I think I’ve got three very good players and if we can get the two or three on top of that, then I think we finish the business just at the right time before that first game of the season.”
