Neil Warnock’s QPR are striving to land West Ham star midfielder, Scott Parker, and have launched a £5m bid for the England international.
Parker has long been thought to be on his way out of Upton Park, with either Tottenham or Chelsea his suspected destination. However, both clubs have yet make an offer, and Rangers could be set to pounce on their laziness.
The East London club value their captain at £8m, which, despite the new ownership of Tony Fernandes, is a sum that QPR seem unlikely to meet.
The Premier League new boys have been limited to loan and free signings so far this summer, but Warnock will be hoping the club can muster some transfer funds under the new ownership of Fernandes.
