QPR claimed only their second victory of the season in the league with a superb 1-0 at Chelsea last time out, so might come into this one with some confidence.
However, Tottenham have won their last three and look on course for a Champions League spot with only one defeat in their last nine in the Premiership,so will come here with three points on their mind.
The two sides have very different ambitions for the campaign, but a win would mean just as much to them.
The Hoops surprised Chelsea in their previous game at Stamford Bridge, however Andres Villas Boas will not underestimate Rangers and is sure to field his strongest side.
10/11 on the away win looks a very backable price.
At 3PM, Aston Villa and Southampton go head-to-head in what is a huge match at the bottom of the table. The Saints are only out of the relegation zone on goal difference and Villa are just one point ahead of them, so this is a real six-pointer.
After their 3-1 defeat Bradford City in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday, Paul Lambert’s men really need a win in order to ease the pressure on the Scotsman, but the cracks in the heart of defence are there for all to see.
The Saints are tough to beat at the moment with three consecutive draws, and neither team will want to lose this one. 12/5 on the draw is sure to be popular with punters.
Chelsea are in need of a victory as well to ensure that they stay in the top four this weekend. The Blues make the journey to Stoke City, so know they are in for a tough afternoon as the Potters haven’t lost on home soil yet this season.
A midweek defeat in the Carling Cup against Swansea has seen the pressure once more appear on Rafa Benitez from the Chelsea faithful and their price of 10/11 for the away win looks a little short.
The 3/1 on the home win is more than backable, considering its almost a year since Tony Pulis’ side tasted defeat at the Britannia.
A game that has the makings of a cracker is Everton v Swansea City as both sides should be full of confidence and play some superb football when at their best. As this is at Goodison Park, Everton will be expected to take all three points but as we know, the Swans are no strangers to causing a bit of an upset.
Michael Laudrup’s side secured a famous win over Chelsea in the Capital One Cup midweek, and those expecting a similar result can get 5/1 on the away win.
The Toffees do seem to ground out the results against ‘The Jacks’, having beaten the Swans in all their Premiership fixtures so far and with fatigue a factor, the 4/7 on the home win looks the way to go.
Wigan Athletic make the journey Craven Cottage to take on Fulham and this might be a fairly nervy 90 minutes between two sides that haven’t been at their best this campaign.
They have each produced surprise results and good performances at times, but haven’t been able to get any consistency going.
Norwich City take on Newcastle United and this is a battle between two sides out of form right now. Norwich are on a four game losing streak, whereas Newcastle haven’t taken anything from their last three.
It is the Magpies that look to be in more trouble in terms of relegation, as their skipper Fabricio Coloccini has rocked the club with a transfer request move back to his native Argentina.
This could be a massive game as far as the relegation picture come May and with Newcastle in turmoil the 6/5 on the Canaries home win looks too big to ignore.
Reading are on home soil on Saturday and know that only a win will do against West Bromwich Albion. West Brom have lost their last two, so also need the points, which makes for an interesting match here.
The final game to look at on Saturday sees West Ham United travel to Sunderland. The Black Cats looked as though they were going to move away from the bottom three, but two straight defeats have seen them move back into the mix, whereas West Ham could move into the top half with a win.
It should be yet another fascinating day in the Premier League.
