Sociedad have been in great form over recent weeks and they are now on a five-game unbeaten run, which has seen them move to within three points of Malaga in fourth position.
Levante however, have fallen off the pace and lost four of their last five, so they are desperate for the points this weekend to spark their campaign back into life.
With the football these two have played this season, it should be a scintillating 90 minutes of action, but Sociedad look good value at 3/4.
Then, Mallorca make the journey to Valencia and these two are both looking for a win, but for very different reasons.
Valencia have now moved to within two points of a Champions League spot after finally showing a bit of form and consistency, whereas Mallorca have only won once since September and are now four points adrift from safety.
The home side are sure to be heavily backed for this one and as long as they are not fatigued from their Champions League match during the week, Valencia should take the spoils.
Real Valladolid sit comfortably in mind table and know that a run of results could make them contenders for European football.
They host Atletico Madrid on Sunday evening, who are in second place and looking to hang onto it this campaign. Atletico know they won’t be winning the title, but finishing as runners-up would still be a massive achievement.
Both teams lost their last La Liga match and Atletico also went down 2-0 during the week in the Europa League, so they might be a bit nervous coming into this one. However, the away team are still the favourites at 11/10.
Later on, in-form Espanyol entertain Real Betis in what look to be a cracking game. Espanyol have now won four of their last five matches and moved eight points clear of the bottom three, so are full of confidence at the moment.
The hosts in this one are the form side in La Liga and can start to look at a top half finish, especially if they win here and you can back them at 6/5.
As for Real Betis, they are now on a four-game winless run, but are still just three points away from the top four.
Betis know how tough it is to come and get points at Espanyol with the form they are in, but should back their own ability.
Finally, Real Madrid host Rayo Vallecano at the Bernabeu and nothing other than a convincing win here will be expected for the hosts.
Real are looking to finish in second place and in order to do that, they have to keep on winning matches and hope that Atletico slip-up.
With the way Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing in recent weeks, he is going to be tough to stop on Sunday.
Vallecano need a result though to keep their top four hopes alive and with the teams that have taken points against Real this campaign, they might be quietly confident. However, they are out at 16/1 to win here.
It should be a cracking day in La Liga.
