Wayne Rooney fears that a rift with Sir Alex Ferguson could lead to Manchester United cashing in on him next summer. The breakdown of his relationship with Ferguson is believed to be the reason for Rooney being dropped to the bench for the win over Fulham at the weekend and the feeling is that the England strikers days are numbered at Old Trafford. Walcott set for Arsenal exit Theo Walcott is set to become the next big name to leave Arsenal after talks over a contract extension broke down on Tuesday. The England winger is currently in the final year of his deal at the Emirates Stadium but turned down an offer worth around £4million a year.
