Southampton FC midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has hinted that it will be difficult for the South coast club to keep hold of their star winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The 17 year old has been the subject of much speculation linking him to the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United over the past 12 months and Schneiderlin, whilst hopeful, knows it will be hard to keep the youngster at the newly promoted club.
“Hopefully Alex will stay with us, but it’s going to be very difficult because every team wants him, tt will be the chairman and the management staff’s job to keep him, but it’s up to Alex and what he wants.”
Schneiderlin added.
“We want the best team to get back into the Premier League and Alex is one of the best players.”
