The action gets underway on Friday evening as Pescara, who sit in the bottom three take on a Catania side in eighth position. Pescara can move out of the drop zone with a victory though, so will be desperate for all three points.

Then, league-leaders Juventus travel to struggling Cagliari, who have now lost four in a row. The game will actually be played in Parma’s Stadio Tardini’s after the home sidee failed to secure a temporary safety certifcate for their Is Arenas Stadium.

The Bianconeri look in good shape to retrain their league title and can end their year on a high with a win here as Antonio Conte looks to extend his side’s seven point lead over Inter at the top of Serie A.

The remaining games then get underway on Saturday and the early kick-off sees Inter Milan take on Genoa. Inter are in second, whereas Genoa are 19th, so this does look like being a home banker.

Napoli have will be after a win when they travel to bottom of the table Siena. It should be a comfortable win for them, but they might find it tough after a difficult few days.

Udinese and Atalanta are both in mid-table at the moment and they lock horns this weekend, whilst Parma host Bologna.

Fiorentina are enjoying a successful campaign so far and sit in fourth and they make a trip to Palermo, who are hovering just above the bottom three.

Torino and Chievo go head to head as well and Sampdoria entertain Lazio in a match where the away side will be confident of a victory after six games unbeaten and a superb win against Inter last time out.
