Inter are currently in third, with Napoli in second. The home side can move ahead of their opponents with a win, but Napoli know they could head to the top of the table if Juventus drop points.

Andrea Stramaccioni’s side finally got back to winning ways against Palermo last week after going three games without a win, while Napoli will once again have Edinson Cavani leading the line. A superb 90 minutes awaits.

Saturday evening sees two matches in action, with the first of them being a battle between two mid-table sides as Parma head to Atalanta. The away side sit in eighth at the moment, and have been solid through the season, without really setting the league alight.

Atalanta were enjoying a successful campaign, but three defeats on the bounce have seen them slip into the bottom half.

The teams sitting in fourth and sixth then meet as Fiorentina make the journey to Roma. Both sides are in good form at the moment and Roma can move level with their opponents if they manage a fourth straight win.

It will be tough though as Fiorentina have not lost in nine league matches, as manager Vincenzo Montella returns to his former club.

Moving into Sunday, Siena will be hoping to bounce back from their first defeat in five last weekend with a victory at home to Catania.

League-leaders Juventus are then away to struggling Palermo and know that only all three points will do if they want to stay at the top of the table this weekend. Palermo are sure to raise their game for this one, as the points mean just as much to them at the bottom of Serie A.

Cagliari and Chievo also meet on Sunday, whilst Genoa v Pescara is an encounter between two teams in the bottom three right now.

AC Milan are on their best run of the season after achieving back to back wins and remaining unbeaten in their last three. They head to Torino full of confidence and looking for another win to move closer to the top three.

Udinese and Sampdoria lock horns on Monday evening, with Lazio travelling Bologna being the final game of to look at.

Lazio are in fifth, whereas Bologna sit hover just above the drop zone – so an away win is expected here.
