Live Football Matches on Sky Sports
Part of the summer is always keeping an eye open on the fixture list but once Sky release details of their live fixtures you do begin to get a little nervous. With Sky providing us with the live dates, now is the perfect time to plan ahead for up and coming games – for may of us, we revolve around football.
As always it’s the big teams that open up the Premier League season on Sky Sports on Sunday 14th August with Chelsea FC travelling to Stoke City for what could be a tight first encounter of the season for Andre Villas-Boas, then it’s off to West Bromwich Albion where Sir Alex Ferguson will be hoping to get off to a flying a start as Manchester United begin their defence of the title.
Monday Night football returns which is always a good thing to hear, and it can make those Monday’s so much less tedious. Monday 15th starts with the richest club on earth Manchester City hosting the first ever Welsh Premier League side Swansea City in what promises to be a fascinating fixture.
But the above are just a small few that will be shown on Sky Sports this season with the television channel already promising 39 live games up to the end of November. In total the season will bring 115 live matches to Sky Sports with each game available in HD and even some selected games to be shown in the new 3D so it’s time to get those glasses out again!
