Porto turn down €50m Hulk bid – Chelsea have reportedly had a €50 million bid for Brazilian striker Hulk turned down by Porto. Swansea agree Hernandez deal – Swansea manager Michael Laudrup has moved quickly to replace Scott Sinclair at the Liberty Stadium with a move for Valencia winger Pablo Hernandez. Sinclair’s£8 million move to Manchester City is back on after the two clubs agreed a fee and Laudrup has wasted no time in reinvesting the money by agreed a fee with the Spanish club for Hernandez that will match the club record £5.5m spent on Ki Sung-Yeung last weekend. QPR chasing Wolfsburg defender – Queens Park Rangers are hoping to sign Wolfsburg defender Simon Kjaer before Friday’s transfer deadline as efforts continue to strengthen the clubs defensive options. R’s boss Mark Hughes is desperate to sign a centre back after seeing his side concede six goals in their opening two games and has been heavily linked with Tottenham’s Michael Dawson.
