Steve Bruce confirms new players will be brought in
Sunderland FC manager Steve Bruce has confirmed that they will “bring new players in” during the summer and that the club now needs to push on.
Sunderland’s form has been poor of late however a 3-0 win on their travels to West Ham on Sunday meant a top ten finish in Bruce’s second year in charge of the Black Cats.
“We need to sit down and see how we’re going to go forward because we have to keep improving, four years in at the top level, we’ve made steady progress but the next step is always the hardest.”
The Sunderland manager added.
“We need to bring new players in, strengthen the squad and build on what we’ve achieved.”
