Stoke City close in on England giant
Sources suggest that Stoke City are closing on the signature of Tottenham forward and England international, Peter Crouch.
The former Liverpool and Portsmouth striker has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane for some time now and Stoke, apparently along with Sunderland, offered the cash to acquire his services.
The deal is rumoured to be worth around£10m, and the international is reported to have been spotted at a Stoke City facility, assumingly for a medical and to discuss terms.
Another striker on his way to Stoke is Birmingham’s Cameron Jerome, who is another player who looks to be a part of the Birmingham exodus.
