Sunderland considering move for Senegalese sensation
It’s understood that Sunderland manager, Steve Bruce, is eyeing a move for Freiburg forward, Piss Demba Cisse.
A number of Premier League outfits have had a look at the 26 year-old, however his wage demands have proved to be an obstacle in any attempts to sign him.
Cisse has scored 30 goals in 40 appearances for the German outfit, a ratio for any striker to be proud of, and definitely warrants the interest he’s receiving.
Sunderland have already signed strikers Connor Wickham and Ji Dong-won this summer, but the Freiburg frontman would provide a proven partner to Asamoah Gyan.
It’s thought that Cisse is valued at around £13m.
