Sunderland FC and newly promoted Norwich City are monitoring the situation of Miroslav Klose very closely as it was revealed that talks between the Germany international and current club Bayern Munich are stalling.
The former Golden Boot winner was initially after a two year contract but the striker, who turns 33 this June, has only been offered a 12 month deal meaning the hitman could yet still decide to move abroad. Klose is currently in talks with a 12 month agreement with an option of a possible 12 month extension should he make a certain amount of appearance in the new season.
With talks currently stalled both Sunderland and Norwich City are though to keeping a close eye on any development and bids could be forthcoming should the Bundesliga giants not agree terms.
Klose, despite his age continues to find the net for the international side and it is believed that his experience could prove pivotal to both Premiership sides next season.
