Reports suggest that Swansea City could be lining up an audacious bid for the signature of 1998 World Cup winner, David Trezeguet.
The Frenchman is available on a free transfer after leaving Spanish outfit, Hercules, earlier this summer.
The Swans have already signed forwards Danny Graham and Leroy Lita this summer but are looking for a more experienced frontman, something the World Cup 1998 and Euro 200 winner would surely bring.
Trezeguet spent ten years playing for Juventus and made 71 appearances for France.
French newspaper, L’Equipe, claims that Nice are also chasing the 33 year-old, so manager Brendan Rodgers would be smart to hasten his stride if he wishes to capture the top-level veteran.
