Swansea City star slates Chelsea youth policy

SwanseaCitywinger and ex-Blues youngster, Scott Sinclair, has blastedChelsea, claiming that the club do not give their younger players enough chances.

Sinclair was on the books atStamfordBridgefor five years but never got a chance to break into the first team, seeing most of his Blues career spent on loan away.

However, the midfielder has no hang-ups about his past, and is glad for hisSwanseaswitch last summer, stating that the transfer has revitalised his career.

When interviewed by The Sun, the 22 year-old was asked if he would have gotten a chance under Andre Villas Boas, replying: “It depends what you mean by chance. To me, 10 minutes here and there is not a chance.”

He added: “A chance is playing week in, week out. They have some great quality youngsters but it’s very difficult for them to get in.”
