Manchester United could yet be signing a further three players this summer as they continue to build ahead of the new season.
Wesley Snijder, it appears, will join the Old Trafford club this week with reports around the world claiming he has said goodbye to fans and team mates already, with some having quoted at wishing him good luck in Manchester.
Next on the Old Trafford wishlist is that of Mexican youngster Erick Torres Padilla who at 18, is already under the Manchester United spotlight, and it is believed a bid shall be forthcoming for the 18 year old but that he will remain at current side Guadalajara on loan for at least one more season.
The third of United’s targets is that of another midfielder with Lassana Diarra favourite to be joining Sir Alex Ferguson’s men. The record breaking manager is after a holding midfielder as it appears Gibson will be allowed to move on and there are uncertainties regarding Darren Fletcher’s fitness due to the Scotland international picking up another virus.
The grand total for the three players could reach at least £50m which could take United’s spending over the £100m mark for the summer.
