Tottenham are closing in on a deal to bring West Ham midfielder, Scott Parker, to White Hart Lane.
Parker has been linked with a move away from the Hammers all summer, with Spurs’ one of the outfits showing interest.
The England international is also attracting interest from Chelsea and QPR, who are keen to make new signings under new owner, Tony Fernandes.
Last week, West Ham rejected a £5m bid from the North London side, but Harry Redknapp’s side are expected to return with an improved £6m bid.
The East London side value their midfield talisman at £8m and Sam Allardyce is hopeful of hanging on to his prized asset.
