Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has admitted he is uncertain as to whether he will have any money to improve the White Hart Lane squad during the summer and that he will find out from the chairman at a later stage.
There has been huge speculation regarding many Spur’s players leaving this summer and although Redknapp has claimed they will not be selling their main stars he admits they may have to sell one or two to raise some cash.
“I don’t know if we have any money to spend. We might not, I have not asked the chairman. We will have to wait and see. If there isn’t we will get on with it again and be strong next year.”
Redknapp added.
“The only way we can do it is to shift a few in the summer and bring on or two in.”
With Champions League money yet to be added to the balance sheet but with Daniel Levy suggesting cut backs will have to made it certainly looks as though this will be an uncertain summer for the North London club.
