Van Gaal promises improvements

While talking to reporters, the Manchester United manager promised that the club will be very improved and stronger in 2015

After a 0-0 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in their last league game of the year, Manchester United sit in third place in the league standings and although they might not have enough about them to mount a serious assault on the Premier League title with Manchester City and Chelsea, one has to agree that the Red Devils are now slowly recovering and will be in the thick of things soon.

And, Van Gaal, who has orchestrated the resurrection, says that the team will be better, stronger and much improved in 2015 as things in the Premier League heat up with just 19 games left in the campaign.

“Of course, of course, of course we shall be better [than the first half of the season]. So watch,” he told reporters.

And despite not registering a win that would have changed the whole complexion of the league table, Manchester United should be satisfied with the way they have ended what was initially a pretty dismal 2014 season for them where the club finished seventh in the 2013/14 league campaign which was the club’s lowest ever finish to a Barclays Premier League season.
