West Ham open talks with Bolton’s Matt Taylor
Sam Allardyce looks set to poach versatile midfielder, Matty Taylor, from former club Bolton.
29 year-old Taylor found it hard to find a starting spot at Bolton last season, and could be tempted by a new challenge.
West Ham may find it hard to hold on to some of their bigger talents in the next month or so, but are keen to build a team that will make an immediate return to the Premier League.
Taylor is entering the final year of his contract at the Reebok Stadium, and it is suspected that Allardyce has already tabled a bid for the ex-Pompey midfielder.
