Which centre-back do Arsenal really need?

Published

on

Does Wenger really want another center-back?With Arsene Wenger confirming that there will be more signings before the season starts next weekend many are asking themselves who they could be. Will the Arsenal manager look to add a centre-back or will he be looking to add another midfielder should Cesc Fabregas depart to Spain?

With regards to centre-backs there has not been many that the Emirates side have not been linked with. Some do seem to be valued far too highly by their respective clubs, a few look to be decent bargains but the club may have to offer a little more than usual to snap them up.

This latest poll is a chance to select which centre-back should be brought on board.

i totally agree with Cahill and Mertsacker. For around £22m it would be great business

    mertesacker is too slow

either cahill and vertonghen – who can play centre back, left back or midfield and has played alongside vermaelen
