QPR keen on experienced Blackpool striker
It has been suggested that QPR will be keen on landing experienced Blackpool striker Marlon Harewood during the summer.
The 31 year old enjoyed a brief spell the Seasiders before being allowed to join Barnsley on loan earlier this year where he has netted four goals in seven appearances.
It is believed that QPR will want the striker to add some needed Premiership experience should he be sold on from Blackpool this summer and speculation remains as to whether the West London club, who have a relatively large squad already, will be prepared to sell some of their less experienced forwards to make room for the six footer.
With one more season yet to run on Harewood’s contract, Blackpool boss Ian Holloway will need to make a decision as to whether to keep the player or allow him to move on, that, unfortunately for the Blackpool boss will only be something that he can confirm after their future in the Premiership is made concrete.
